WHAT IS OUR GUARANTEE?
We believe in our products and you can too. And we don't just say that, we back it up with our actions.
If you break your FLYTE sunglasses or there is a manufacturing defect of some sort then we will replace them fee of charge (limit of 1 pair per purchase for breakages).
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
It is one thing to say we make a high quality product and another to put our money where our mouth is. This gives you assurance that you are getting what you expect - a great pair of sunglasses you can rely on.
WHAT DO WE COVER?
We cover all types of manufacturing defects and any sort of breakage. Our product is durable enough to handle the real world and if something goes wrong then we won't make it your problem. You deserve better.
WHAT DON'T WE COVER?
We don't cover scratches. As much as we would like to make lenses totally scratch proof, it just isn't possible. And anyone else who tells you otherwise is lying.
We also don't cover loss or theft. That said, if you lose your glasses in the first 2 years of owning them, we will replace them for $75 plus shipping as long as you have your proof of purchase (limit of one replacement pair at this price). No need to pay up front, just let us know if you lost them.
HOW DO I CLAIM ON THE GUARANTEE?
Drop us a line via our online contact form and we will get in touch to make your replacement as pain free as possible.
We may ask you for photos or have a chat to solve the problem without you having to return your glasses. At the end of the day though, our goal is to have you looking great in a pair of FLYTE sunglasses ASAP so we won't muck you around.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN OLD STYLE?
From time to time we may update our designs and your pair of glasses may no longer be available. If we have to replace an older style then your guarantee will still apply. We will have a chat with you to figure out one of our current styles that suits you and get you back outside, without squinting, in no time.
